Join and contribute to organizations that fund lobbying efforts that protect home owner rights and LL rights.

I can see the vision in my head, but I'm struggling with where to start to get things organized, get the knowledge I need and make sure everything is set up properly.

Do I need to get a realtor and organize a closing or is there a simpler way to do that kind of thing?

I see what you mean...I organized the photos with the rooms/spaces section within Airbnb so it looks good there but then when you view them in a row it puts them all out of whack.
