@Christian Carson- and if you are asking about where the database information comes from, you can usually search your state regulatory records online and the EPA ECHO database but it will be hard to replicate the comprehensiveness of the database provided by the third party database company.

As a former Mass resident and Realtor (exiting the business in December 2020), I have personally run this by both a 26+ year real estate attorney and the Mass Board of Registration in Real Estate.  

Hey Guys,I've been looking for an investment property for about a year, and about a month ago (March 2021) I was Late-Night trolling online in the usual watering holes (Zillow, Realtor, Redfin) found a property that I thought got away.

You can use your state available agreement usually through the RE association online or draw one up by a lawyer. 

Any online retailers you recommend?

My understanding is they have to be online all the time, so to have enough passive income to relieve them of that can be huge!
