As I look through some of the comments I am reminded of my own mystification of markets like NYC or Paris or London and say why on earth would people pay so darn much to live in a crowded city in a shoebox or live in the deep suburbs and spend 1 hour each way on a crowded train just to get to work.

If you do have them, then set up your booking platforms and simply block out your calendar up until your close date or a few weeks after (if you are planning on going to setup first). 

I know once I leave there I will have deals and I will be making more money.I will also be coming back here and offering my on bias thoughts on his training.  

Are the training sessions timed, can you redo training topics without paying extra? 

I did literally just start and have had not training so still learning on the realtor end as well.2.

But what counts as experience and if you can’t find one with experience how long will it take to train them to know exactly what you’re looking for?

If there is a repair needed I then text my handman or HVAC guy and I have handled what ever the issue is in 30 seconds or so.You have to train your tenants so that this is as passive investing as possible.
