I suspect that some consider Silverton to be "diverse" (their code word for black folks living there), where Deer Park is mostly considered white blue collar folks (feels like a west side town to me).Columbia Tusculum is hit or miss.  

@Kate Lively I just looked and the least expensive duplex in San Clemente is 1,195,000, but only two blocks away from the ocean. 

I would pick up blue prints for our architects.

I have (unfortunately) read through HOA Docs of almost every community in Championsgate and Kissimmee (for my own investments mostly) until i am blue in the face.

We use a blue color for the font and while that does use a little of the other colors, it is mostly from the blue one.

It is mostly a blue collared town and pretty close to the Toyota Mazda plant.

Outside the city I like the 'blue collar' suburban towns as well. 

It's a small ocean front studio condo that we will rehab and rent nightly.
