I feel the email blasts are click bait junk, I put it on par with men's health telling me every month I can get 15 minute abs.But nice to have would be market data.

There is in fact 'not' numerous ways to profit on defaulted notes.  

Now you have an opportunity to address the rodent issues, which indeed you should do before they cause a health hazard and before your property is exposed to more damage.
