@Benjamin Pekarek i agree that miami is a booming location but with that the prices are insanely inflated. especially with MF. anything worth getting is insanely expensive or in a neighborhood that i wouldn't walk through at certain times of the night...

By day I run a Venture backed software company and by night/weekend I invest and rehab income properties, primarily single family but interested in multi-family.  

I have talked to a number of rental home owners who are making really good money competing against local motels for busines/family/etc. travelers by renting out investment property on a nightly/weekly basis as opposed to a traditional 12 month rental lease.

Frederick has a much more happening down town and the night life is actually pretty vibrant. 

I was speaking to a guy last night at a local REIA meeting and he said he "goes to the county" to get the addresses for all the properties in a geographic area.

I've been getting slot of responses like see me when you get licensed guess I'm just going to have to wait to dive in head first how about internships?

Try adult night school Basic Accounting - - at least you'll have some insight.

@Dallas Kidd  that's awesome . . we don't do speed networking every 2nd tuesday, but we do have an hour opportunity for networking and "working the room"  we expect over 150 tomorrow night.
