You might end up paying taxes on the personal side for money you wouldn't even distribute to yourself. 

I've never used the video feature. 

NEVER pay for those programs, they are mostly scams to make the people who offer them money and they will try to sell you another program.Real estate is unlikely to make you a lot of money quickly.

I have several years in sales, management and training but I have never invested.
