Barring a continuation of the Eviction Moratorium and additional action to limit Lenders from Foreclosing on Homeowners and landlords, expect to see an increase in 2021 and probably beyond. 

I plan on getting my real-estate license soon that way I can fully navigate through my own deals.

As many people have stated, it all comes down to having the right team in place that is reliable & has very good communication with both owners & tenants.Financing is another aspect to navigate if you are looking to leverage.
