Our office has had great success with getting paid.

I wouldn't use rentometer or other similar sources, call a couple local RE offices, there are about a dozen located in downtown Mount Dora to get a actual scoop on what rents would be.

I don't thing they are efficient, I had it in my office for years, the minute you stop it, cold or hot, air is gone. 

@Justin Tylus I know from my clients in Raleigh that the permit office is running slower than normal.

I would recommend going over your different options with a financial advisor or an experienced investor before you start buying assets (and some loan officers may be helpful, but they're trying to sell you loans, so there's a conflict of interest there to be aware of.)
