Also, if brokerage sites had special investor pages/areas, would you be more likely to use the sites to advertise, get leads, or list properties?

In fact, we spent way too many years 'learning' about RE and not 'doing' RE... but that is neither here nor there, just part of our process... what matters is that we're taking action now...I hope some day to have a more stable platform in our RE investments to jump in and learn stocks better... but for now our main goal is survival (see our profile for our goals), not enough margin for error to make mistakes in the market.

One company might hand out great leads like candy, but have a lower split.

We've been fortunate to have some great tenants in place and the property has a positive cash flow of $275/month which leads me to *think* that I'm doing ok on it.My goal is to acquire atleast 2 more properties this year to hold as rentals.

They help to keep this forum alive, and they help us to build a better platform then anyone else is putting out there.

But if you network with folks, one thing leads to another and pretty soon you will be getting referrals and deals coming to you without any questions asked.
