You have the correct concept in trying to increase the hassle and the cost of filing a lawsuit - which is enough to deter the majority of lawsuits.

It allows direct lawsuits against corporations for doing illegal acts and triples the damages that are available. 

I also look for lawsuits and see what happened in them.

Short story is billions of dollars in claims over the last few years from hurricane damage, billions in roofing claim fraud/lawsuits unrelated to hurricanes, many carriers becoming insolvent and unable to pay claims, and several carriers dropping policies in FL and not writing new ones in the state.

The comment of yours that gave me the most concern was #8 regarding lawsuits.  

First of all my cursory search of Google says the lawsuit was dismissed in Dec 2015?

Someone locally actually filed a lawsuit against the housing court that they could not require lead clearance for an eviction to proceed and they won that case. 

Or, should there be a crisis (lawsuit), the Bridge Trust is triggered, and the assets cross the bridge to the safety of the Cook Islands.

This just seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen from so many angles.
