How do you minimize your liability regarding your tenants, if some guy you rented storage space to starts a meth lab in the attic?

The building supply/framing company has an engineer on staff who can recommend and then sign of on designs, so hopefully that piece will be covered.

I have an MAI on staff to do in-house reviews.

Check the BP archives back in February 2020 I requested a lead certification for a property and was blatantly told by our Dept of Neighborhoods that there was no certificate, process for inspection, nor staff on hand forming any department as of yet.What Does Andrew Think?

I figured the agents on here would have some experience hiring that type of staff member.

Also building on this, not sure what business you're in/if you have staff/clients etc... we implemented a rewards program for this exactly. $25 amazon card to any tenant who leaves a review, client, or team member who gets someone to leave a review ;)

Derek and Giovanni, I would agree with you, if the multi was bigger and could sustain dedicated staff.

Since most contractors provide a 2-4 hour window, it is hard to scale when staff is waiting for contractors. 

Staffing- STAFF, holding a real estate license in the state of STATE (#9999999), and occupying the position of VP Operations has discretionary and absolute decision making ability on behalf of the LLC.

I don't have any kids, just a beautiful girlfriend and the sweetest black lab (I spoil both of them every chance I get).
