The city has its own water, electric and cable company which I've been told is very nice.Trenton, Woodhaven, Flat Rock, and Riverview are more southern communities that have good potential for investments, as they are considered very good areas to raise kids (excellent schools, higher valued houses).Areas that I would stay away (or at least be hesitant) are: Ecorse, River Rouge, Melvindale.

I have had many adult conversations about jobs that weren't on time, not meeting expectations, there was miscommunication, etc but anyone who yells as me is treating me like a kid and is immediately dismissed and ignored.

Hi my girl and I are working on our credit now we want to buy our 1st multi family house we want to do house hacking, we don’t have kids we both are young so we don’t have any problem to live in the basement or attic and rent the whole house lol , we live in New Jersey, the area we want to buy our 1st multi house 🏠 are west orange, Montclair, Bloomfield and Nutley, if someone here invest in those areas please help us out, we want some advice thanks 😁
