From my own personal approach, when the paperwork pre-auction is odd in some way, I will investigate why, and I usually just pass on those - too "iffy".I wish I had something new I thought would be beneficial to add - the judicial process does allow for a challenge, and that is already happening here, so I think that's your best hope for now.

That doesn't mean that the IRS dictates lending but rather can identify it and if they can identify it they can report it if another agency requests information, if there is an investigation and one agency has an order, the IRS can comply and thereby confirm what went on.

Also, be sure to set up some Keyword Alerts for some of the topics you are knowledgeable about, or other topics that interest you (like wholesale, Oklahoma, Rehab, etc ) so you'll be notified that those words were mentioned in the forums and can jump into those conversations!
