I would suggest spending some time getting to know the site, clicking on popular tags, reading the blogs or typing keyword searches.

Don't miss The BiggerPockets Podcast - they are great for learning how others are finding success.Oh - and if you haven't yet- be sure to setup some "Keyword Alerts."

This will only matter if you are trying to rank high on the search engines for keywords.

From my own personal approach, when the paperwork pre-auction is odd in some way, I will investigate why, and I usually just pass on those - too "iffy".I wish I had something new I thought would be beneficial to add - the judicial process does allow for a challenge, and that is already happening here, so I think that's your best hope for now.

That doesn't mean that the IRS dictates lending but rather can identify it and if they can identify it they can report it if another agency requests information, if there is an investigation and one agency has an order, the IRS can comply and thereby confirm what went on.
