A colleague of mine from Alabama has a good deal of experience in tax liens and through our conversations it's inspired me to really take some first actions towards delivering on my own passions in real estate.Looking forward to connecting with different people and gaining a wealth of knowledge, and hopefully passing that along to the future generation!

I have bought other distressed assets they owned.one case in particular I got to talking to the lady it was very sad.. house was wreck .. lots of disabled type children adults living there stunk to high heaven.. and I could just see trying to get them out.. flushed out how she got there..
