New to this realestate game haven't done a project yet, looking forward to doing my first one, I'm primarily interested in buy and  hold investments. However I haven't secured intercapital yet for my first property just looking to meet friends and contacts and to get some insight about the business any feedback is welcome every comment is appreciated thanks much and God bless.
