All you've done is to indicate that there *might* be a correlation between tax rates and unemployment. But, while you may have given an indication of CORRELATION between the two, you've given absolutely no indication of a CAUSATION between the two (not saying it doesn't exist, but you haven't provided any reason to believe it does). That's probably not what you wanted to hear (I assume you are trying to support a hypothesis that you'd like to be true), but those are the facts...Here's another example to clarify:I can provide plenty of data that indicates that from June through August of each year, the amount of ice cream eaten by kids increases.

I was happy to hear that the tenants will have to pay their bills to keep the service on and won't be able to run up the bills much higher and leave them for me to pay, I don't think my tenants would do this, but I have heard the horror stories.I have contacted both tenants and they both indicated they plan to pay the bills tomorrow and keep the service from being cut off.Is there anything else I should do?

Am I bragging a little.... hell yes I am, do you know how hard that project was:D James -I think the issue some poster here have is that you state things in a way that indicates you are the only one who knows anything, and that nothing you say should be questioned. For example, you use statements such as:"I will give you the REAL answer, as I see 99% of people getting this wrong.""

You originally indicated the rent on a 3 bedroom unit that you were looking at would be over $1100 per month; in that rent range, the 2% rule is not going to yield you many opportunities.
