@Kevin Sobilo I believe that you would just wait until the refinance of the property to really implement the system for that property.

The OI district is designed for use on sites that have convenient access to arterials, since development of moderate to high intensity is allowed.The OI District is used to implement the Comprehensive Plan within those areas shown as part of the Rural, Suburban, Urban, or Compact Neighborhood Tiers.It looks to me to potentially allow/support residential development.

I finally went back to the tax assessor's office and they gave me an email to submit a request but i feel like there should be an easier way to obtain the list even if its in a file format that would need a programmer to convert to Excel format.

Additionally, Santa Cruz County has already experienced significant tightening in STR restrictions and there is precedent for how they will operate if more restrictions are implemented.

I've also played with the idea of reducing the hourly rate to my local market rates and implementing a profit sharing and bonus program but not sure which, if either, would be attractive enough to hire the level of crew members I'd need in-order not to babysit employees constantly.
