If so how are you finding it, is it difficult to get hired on with a brokerage and market to clients?

The contractor was delayed, I couldn't get anyone out because of corona fear, the property manager that I hired took advantage of us & charged us for things they didn't fix, the tenant called the city and they revoked our rental permit, & we had a low appraisal.

If you get a W2 job now, you may be able to count W2 work from two years ago and combine that with a letter from a new employer certifying that you are hired for full time work.

I recommend hiring a tax professional because this gets complicated quickly.

Are the tenants going to cut grass / shovel snow, or will you need to hire someone?

I hate seeing "Now Hiring" signs on every business.  

Why wouldn’t they just hire a PM who’s not small potatoes 

Any thoughts would be appreciated.Also, is there a point where it makes sense to set up a property management business because I would like to hire someone for maintenance and also someone to help with construction.
