From there you have the various stages of conversion rates, so if you are relying on ONLY mailers expect something like 0.001% conversion rate of mailer to completed deal, maybe that high.

Unless you are in a high-crime area, I see no justification for cameras on the property.

I would highly suggest that you tune in to the BiggerPockets Podcast and attend your local REI meetups.

I always tell people that I think one thing to consider in this environment is whether you have a high or low interest rate loan.

Are DST fees included in 5.25 estimate I read some as high as 20% fees?

In this scenario I highly doubt the city would find you liable as the building has been vacant for a while, but I've never run into this scenario before.
