If you need an attorney to handle an out-of-state property (like closing, legal issues, unique deed deals), they should absolutely be local to that state.

I can handle paying that extra bit of negative cash flow per month but is it worth it?

Because I read that Schedule 80 PVC has thicker walls and can handle higher pressure.
