New Roof Financing Options
Hi all. Purchased a distressed property all in for cash at $7k knowing it needed a new roof. ARV is around $70k, rents are $1000-1200/mo. This is my second rental, so I'm familiar with rentals. Anyway, This is one of the only things I can't handle as I'm afraid of heights. I have about $10k saved but want to finance this. What are my options?
thanks
Tim
