In general, I price myself 10-15% high outside of my avg lead time, and discount fairly aggressively inside the lead time.This strategy attempts to capture both the planners who will pay a small premium to secure a good data ahead of time, and the last minute deal seekers.In general, it seems many people don’t vary between weekend and weekday pricing enough IMHO.2 ideas I’ve toyed with… in 2+ years I’ve never not booked a weekend.

There is a ton of saturation in the cbus market not only here on this platform but with investors in general, its a hot, competitive market, but that also means there are a huge number of garbage operators too, so do your due diligence on who you listen too, but again I can't say enough good things about tommy.  

With OSU having a medical school, it seems like MTR will be a good pivot.Not knowing exactly what you want to know about running operations, I will say that I created an evolving SOP that I follow that starts with a generated lead to after check-out.

I haven't been and am curious if it is any good.

I have no idea how long those type of windows (or any really) last, but pretend it is 40 years and they are 20 years old.

Only 10,000 are electric vehicles.EVs are only affordable with heavy subsidies, and even then there is good evidence that they cost more for the user, the environment, and society in general.Just wait until the electric grid collapses.

Good to think about if you are trying to compare occupancy rates with broad data.
