If this will be your first investment property, I would recommend starting off with a turnkey single-family, rather than a full on BRRRR. 

I have used Dennis Block, esq and their Concierge service (it's about $400 per year) for questions like this.

Yes there will eventually be some but it’s the name of the game and good customer service goes a long way.

Sellers are paying in full or majority of these assessments.

I  have 2 sons 38 ,40 .They were around me for over 30 years .I taught them the same .Had them with me full time for over a decade.,( about 900).
