Plus you could be out of place in a mastermind with experienced operators discussing high level strategies and issues, whereas you may have basic questions and issues.

Issue with the line that you will run into is you will be paying for unused credit fees.

Saturation has always been an issue in that complex and only select floors offer gulf views depending on the building. 

But on the flip side REI allows you to substitute cash investments with your time and your energy.

I have done over 400 flips and currently own 144 SF rental properties.

I was wondering how they were setting these up.is the issue its not paying out as promised or you cant sell your tokens at anytime like they say on the website. ??

Background: looking at area where log cabins quite popular, so getting comparables should not be an issue.
