Hi @Lisa Isaacs,I think that would depend on what you like to do when not investing.Ski, Beach, Hike, Mountain climb, Kayak, Deep sea fish, cave dive, base jump, gamble etc.

I just closed on a multi family flip for a client out there and have been keeping an eye out for a JV deal with some fishing buddies and haven't seen much this last year that I've been looking.

It has 5 filters & I sleeve the filter cartridges with white drain pipe stocking (Drain-Sleeve) to absorb the oils/residues etc so I have only replaced the filters 2x since new.

We are in a market where people pay a lot of money to go fishing and boating-big trucks, big boats, big wallets-those are the customers we want, and they generally treat our homes well.

If so, what are the thoughts on rental demand if this next election shuts down this type of oil drilling?
