Just starting out. Multi-Family Homes - Condos/SFH?
I live in Kenai Alaska and am new to real estate investing. I'm just wondering what you all think the best way to start out would be - should I be looking for a multi family property or a SFH/condo? The BRRRR method seems like the obvious way to grow my portfolio quickly but the prices of houses listed, even in terrible shape, is pretty high in my area. Any advice? Thanks everyone!
