These are the few numbers I have (purely based on first conversation) Her operating costs are about $900-$1000/month. about $450 for the county to come inspect once a month, costs of upkeep, meter reading, invoicing etc.

For the first few years I would post during renovations and even show the units to multiple applicants but I found that 98% of them lacked the vision to be able to “see” what the finished project would look like and then after the original pictures were sent or the showing I lost pretty much all of the applicants.

I am not at all sure that a first floor formerly retail space like we have so much of in OTR can be converted to residential use without full code compliance even when the building is zoned for mixed use.
