I'm reading Robert Kiyosaki's Cashflow Quadrant and he talks a lot about the fear of risk and how that can keep people stuck in the Employee/Self-Employed quadrants and out of the Investor quadrant.  

My biggest fear is cash flowing since it's kind of hard to understand what the rental income would be and I will also need a property manager. 

I really recommend this for any mid-sized portfolios especially Corevest for lending given their great rates and no fear of lending (they do qualify strictly but small banks worry about over leverage)

I am optimistic for a great bull run, but I fear there could be some pain before that happens.

And employers are fearful of telling the workforce commission that they've offered an employee their job back and they refuse to return?

Three months later (February 2023), I am closing on that single-family home.I would have to say that my main fear with all of this is finding tenants (or maybe, finding the right tenants). 

We try to keep monthly spending below $1700 to keep up with our savings goal.Is this a good fear to have or do I have an issue here?

I love the nervous feeling I get before every purchase, but there is nothing like the fear/hesitance of the first purchase.

And just like swimming it's really more the fear than the technical skills. 

I guess my biggest fear about wholesaling is to get a contract that no one wants.
