My thought is you're all ready on the best site to bring those aspects in the public domain.I'd also think that unless you have experience and can demonstrate your abilities in a favorable and marketable manner, your web site can end up being more of a liability than an asset.I thought Facebook was for personal connections and some commercial aspects, if you want to make a splash in RE I suggest you not reinvent the wheel and utilize BP. :)

My HML is at 2 points and 12% (special rate because lender knows my mentor; normally the terms wouldn't be as favorable for a newbie), Private Lender is a friend and barely charging above the prime rate.Note about HML's - pay attention to your HML's opinion of the deal if he/she is experienced.

I would never have done that deal and I'd consider telling the seller to forget it as all you're doing is keeping a real sale from happening, that would be doing the seller a favor if you can't really buy it. :)
