You don’t ask Brad Pitt what it’s like to be ugly, you don’t ask the fat guy for weight loss advice, you don’t ask someone living pay check to pay check for financial advice and you don’t ask someone who’s lunch money is dependent on commissioning your wallet what you should invest in.

Stephen,I'm no expert on this, but I'd look up the PA laws on evictions from a storage unit. 

You can prohibit, or limit excess storage (inside, AND outside of the garage), and certainly consider restricting, or providing a metal storage locker for flammables.

Can anyone provide any information on how many covered storage units.

I currently favor MF apts (value add) in the strongest markets, self storage and mobile home parks.  

Also storage units have caught my attention if I could get anyone opinion and advice thank you!

Then relocated the laundry and added a door to the storage room for access.

We do self storage, country subdivisions and overseas teak plantations.

The property is not in a great area, but it's a solid building with a completely fenced in yard (8 foot corrugated metal fence) behind the building with an additional 300' of storage. 

Also I do believe there was a verbal contract in this case but it may be a toss up if lawyers were to get involved and it doesn’t seem that they want this to happen.If the Sibling did not report the money the sister was paying on the mortgage but was taking all of the tax breaks for owning the property I believe the IRS would be sending her a big fat bill and possible more.
