I have a list of properties I've found, off market.

Other than networking and searching for "Wisconsin Real Estate Wholesalers" on Google, does anyone have suggestions on how to find wholesalers in my area? 

The real estate market in my area is now stagnant with a surplus of inventory.  

What challenges are you facing in finding a solid fix-and-flip deal in the Denver area? Any tips on how to secure a deal quickly?

Do I speak with a real estate attorney or an real estate accountant?
