This is why many branded company's do not allow their brokers to engage in property management activities.What I did to address all of the above was this. 1.

Tim Milazzo The opposite of not using online comps isn't a blind guess, it's engaging with a broker, paying for an appraisal, etc.

Distance is not an issue and I work remotely so can manage oversight of some construction between meetings.I have always wanted to engage in real estate investments and see this as an opportunity however want to be realistic.   

I didn't get that much time to talk about my podcast, or house flipping business, but it was an extremely engaging interview that allowed me to share my insights and issues with life in the corporate world, and explain how I used house flipping as an avenue to quit my job & focus on my real estate investing full time.
