If you are looking into wholesale, I would encourage you to have an agent that you have an agreement with to run comps on properties for a fee but it is not necessary for to have representation when coming to the closing table.

Since this is your first property, you can blame your advisor(s), attorney(s), etc. for the policies that are in place and that they're strongly encouraging you to stick to them.

So I encourage you to find an accountability partner or someone who will help hold you to the deadlines you set for yourself.Good Luck.

I would encourage you NOT to find all of those services under one firm.

I like the synergy that the three streams give you and encourage you to focus on SFR by doing all three.

If you are looking for storage facility investments then I would strongly encourage the Georgetown, TX market.

I am not saying you have to go out and buy your first property but I would encourage you to go out and find an investor and see if they have anything you could help them with.
