Don't know them, but seems like most of the time, if people post here asking if it is a scam...it normally is....like 95% of the time.

I have a feeling that this is a scam, but they have been able to secure venture funding however.However, I have some questions for those of you who know more than I do.

My parents thought I was getting scammed, trying to convince them that this is a real job and good opportunity blah blah where is the money they asked you haven’t even been paid.

I have never encountered a qualified tenant through FB.

I just want to know that I'm not being scammed and throwing $2500 down the drain.  

All the numbers seem good, but something I've not encountered before:  they advertise and rent each apartment by the room. 

I used to think companies charging 1 month rent was a scam, now that I self-manage, it's fair and accurate of the amount of work needed.   

Some examples that we've encountered in the last year while exploring up here are:Purchase price 76k, mortgage 450, rent 975Purchase price, 62k, mortgage 350, rent 1125Purchase price 90k, mortgage 550, rent 1200

The Feds aren't the enemy, they are just doing their jobs and as long as you know the laws per your state, don't scam people and have an honest seasoned team you should be fine.

Likewise, occasionally, I encounter people who are intellectually challenged who I seem to automatically like and agree with.
