Fellow travel nurse here; I'm paid as a W-2 Employee, and I'm going to assume you aren't paid as a 1099; Which would not be correct since you don't meet the definition of an independent contractor as a nurse.

A large portion of my pay (about 80%) is based on gross sales combined with a low base salary.  

And in this town there is a huge shortage of housing but then again I think the employee's come from all over the county.Kind of like when Toyota built their huge facility half way from Memphis and Tupelo.. all workers need to drive 30 minutes plus to work...

I interviewed with them a couple times, they are a publicly traded corporation that hires real estate agents as employees.

I plan on soon utilizing "virtual employees" overseas to research, list build, and perhaps do preliminary calls, etc. and it seems like the list building and prospecting calls would be logical outsourcing tasks, as I see many wholesalers are now doing.
