Part of Maryland Heights and the unincorporated areas surrounding it are in the Parkway School District which is signifcantly better than Pattonville making this the most attractive place for flips in my opinion.3.

I come from a middle class background- education and paralegal work are the world that parents knew not board rooms, mergers and acquisitions, and securing millions and millions of dollars for projects.

Now, with all the reading and self-education I’ve completed, I am somewhat aware that focus should be on specific niche.

I suggest educating yourself in the different Houston submarkets and target the ones that fit your investment criteria.  

I have a passion for real estate investing, and i am in the educational phase looking to start purchasing property in the near future.

They did a drive by appraisal(realtor opinion) and that was it.  

My opinion: there is still room for growth and real estate investors with local knowledge can capitalize on it.
