WE get them when the agent comes over with a picture book of the buyer there kids their dog .. all the reasons we should take this buyers contract over another.. quite common actually.

Now, this would make no financial sense to list my current house with a bunch of boxes in it (and a dog) and put up with the hassle of showings and all that while I'm in the middle of moving...

He allows 2 people per trailer and one cat, no dogs.

I have one of my bird dog partners here in Oregon get wrung up as well.. he put a sign in the yard of a property he did not own.. neighbor was pissed off because the neighbor wanted the house neighbor knew this guy did not own it turned him in.. 15k later and a cease and desist. .he now brings me everything I close on them and we own them BEFORE we market them..
