Is it possible to list an unbuilt new construction home on the MLS?

I saw many houses was listed by this team of agents.

I've been a contractor for a long time,& have worked solely for Realtors, doing home inspector punch lists Hopefully I can answer any/most questions you might have from, how to, to average cost.

Whenever there is any condo/townhouse listed for sale, I would like to read CC& R (Covenant, Conditions & Restrictions) and bylaws.

Hi Brandon, Do you still have access to a list of birddog's in the DFW area?

They haven't been receptive to listing, but once the numbers hit them they might not have a choice.Most hard money lending programs I see are for renovations.

Thanks for the warning on that.I think I've got my list of concessions:*I'll wait to close on the property until the tenants are out.

I am always looking to expand my buyers list, so if you are looking for deals message me and I will inform you as new deals come in.  

I do have a very recent comp that was actually a flip next door to go by, so I want to get as close to their unit as I can so I can list at the same price, that unit was a 3/2.5 with 140 more sqft and single floor plan, so more open and spacious.
