I now have to place a sign on my property that says FOR RENT with small FOR SALE letters below it because for sale signs are expressly allowed but for sale signs are prohibited.I have also had the HOA fine me for the tenant letting the grass get too tall which the tenant denied and the HOA refused to email photographic proof of the violation.

I received a letter from a realtor Francine Willingham of willinghamrealestate.com Brooklyn Michigan, on December 29, 2021 stating that my home is being foreclosed on and i need to contact her immediately to select one of the following options: purchase the home now, take cash for keys of 1,000 or be evicted. .

Another option would be to send a letter to the owner at the foreclosure address and hope they have filed a forwarding notice with the post office.

I would keep an eye out for a lender that could get you a verified approval letter that has been reviewed by an underwriter so that you can ensure you can move forward with whatever loan option the loan officer and you discuss.

At a minimum, it appears to me this would violate such a clause and other clauses for causing damage to a neighbor's unit.Why isn't your attorney suggesting that he send demand letters to both the COA (to force the COA to enforce the covenants) and the upstairs neighbor?

We have several Mh that have connected septic tanks that we have had a clearance letter for but the county is saying that the state will deny that and we need to bring it up to 2022 standards which means we can not have shared systems.
