Do they have a portal or a way to view your portfolio?

If you are constantly just pushing MLS listings into a calculator and not viewing them, you won't find a deal in a hot market like that and you will be in analysis paralysis for years.

Per zoning and how jurisdictions view things, ADUs are completely different than a just allowing another unit.
