Demand to see evidence of the condition before you occupied to prove this was done by you.

@Alessandra Verbena I own and operate STR's in Tulsa and there is a lot of demand.

The industry demand is unquestionable, eventually consolidation and commoditization will come and the strong will survive and profit.

To find out if an area has a very solid amount of demand I always first check the area's vacancy rates.
