NEED HELP IN MARKETING RENTALS

I am a real estate entrepreneur interested in renting single and multiple family residential properties both locally and nationwide I'm a little bit tied up at the moment because I can't seem to find the best rental market to generate good leads and have these properties off the market I would be very grateful if you can assist I don't mind having a payment plan or give any advice on how to go about it Thank you
