As if that weren't enough,  Intuit's Customer Service for this product is among the worst I have ever encountered -- long delays, uninformed representatives, incorrect and misleading answers -- you name it.

They had my CPA write two letters stating that I don't file a business tax return, they required me to get a custom letter from the power company to prove that i had been living at my house for a year, they told me that the account information that clearly showed the dates was not acceptable and only a custom letter would do.

If you go to the bank and show the rental income and the leases and disclose that you are the customer, to avoid any fraud issue, they will likely discount such income....since they will hold you personally responsible on the loan anyway.If your LLC is large enough to obtain a loan on its own, you wouldn't need to pump up the company income anyway.
