If your buyer has a preferred title company then that's who you will use.

I was wondering what your experience has been in attracting tenants for 1bdr/1bth units, preferably in Pierce County, but not limited to? 

Preferably near the Canton area.

I know I prefer gas heat but I also know that I have rented apartments many of times that have had electric heat.

You are not their only customer and a contractor knows you do not get all jobs.

The risk is that, if this doesn't occur in time, the market itself will "sort out" the issues on its own and arrive at an equilibrium that is far from what most (or all) stakeholders would prefer.

I know we could just bundle them into a commercial loan when the time came, but we really aren't looking for more than 20 properties overall and so would prefer to get the best rates we can and lock them in for 30 years.
