Any STL Banks Doing 80% LTV on 4-units?
I'm currently looking for financing for a 4-unit property. I see some good rates at 75% LTV, but have yet to see any 80% LTV offers. Anyone know of any Banks doing 80% LTV on 4-unit investment properties?
Much appreciated gents and ladies!
