I continued for a little bit and gained valuable knowledge on the studies of art and math but with not job it was hard to continue to skate to school using up 4 hours to get and 4 hours to come home on school days i didnt really make time to actually follow through with interviews and potential job opportunities because i was to focused on my craft, but One day while skating to see my mom i saw a banner for a job opportunity and applied and told my self if i got called would follow through no matter what.

Growth and re-vitalization continues to creep further east and southeast from downtown.  

Since it is such a high stakes issue you want to get educated on it ASAP.

You can continue to push the enevitable down the line, roll it into another investment, etc. 

Should I take out a loan just for the property and just continue to lease it out?

I have always done commercial, in-house, 20 year loans with my current banker because it is super flexible and he is awesome BUT with rising interest rates and my adjustable loans continuing to come due I am thinking about getting 30 year fixed loans BUT each lender I have contacted has told me that I cannot get this done with my LLC on the loan??

I am looking to make many friends on this sight and to continue to learn more about the ins and outs of real estate.  

The population is more educated and affluent than you might expect (due to the presence of a NASA offshoot) and the home prices are very affordable.
