No FHA will be reasonably consistent as will most other loan products, the only thing you can expect to vary from lender to lender will be their fees and possibly the interest rate (but usually not by much). 

I helped a client sell an attached three-family property with no parking on Mozart Street a couple of years ago for a price which, at the time, I thought was crazy but the prices have continued to escalate since then.
