I am working on getting my CA Real Estate license by the end of August 2020.I bring a tangible set of skills that I can apply with any potential mentor's business and/or needs in case he or she is worried that I will not be bringing anything to the table in return for their guidance, education, and potential partnership. - I have an engineering degree from SJSU.

I do a lot of database architecture, data analysis, operations research so if this could be a helpful skill to others in this space I'd love to give back some of my expertise in exchange for help in areas where I'm weaker (Market knowledge, ARV, and remodeling). In any case - there forum/community seems super helpful and positive.

Damage to granite in kitchen
3 August 2020 | 3 replies
Granted, I don't know what kind of granite it is, but I rarely see chips larger than a dime in even the most fragile exotic granite held together by epoxy treatments. These chips and their regrettable frequency are the main reason I don't like the idea of putting granite countertops with undermounted sinks into any rental, however high-end.If you can't repair the chip with this product and you have to call in someone with the skill to fix this crack well, you're really in a damned-if-you-do and damned-if-you-don't position.
