Do these companies typically provide disposal services, or do I need to coordinate that as well?

Nearly every lender I've come across would consider a co-borrower living in the house to satisfy occupancy requirements for the loan.

Jersey City (Hudson Co) is a great commute and solid appreciation, but low inventory and hard to get properties.

What worked for me as to building credit is to have a secured line of credit, have a parent or guardian apply for a credit card under your name and have them co-sign, they can pay the phone bill with it and pay off the credit card every month and you'll eventually have a high enough credit score where you can apply for an unsecured personal loan and pay the minimum payments every month.

The real estate game has changed immensely if you are under RSO(rent stabilization ordinance).
